About

Become the Author of Your Life

As a board-certified psychiatrist with a strong interest in psychotherapy, I work with adults who are experiencing mental or emotional distress, navigating uncertainty, or seeking to initiate and maintain meaningful changes in their lives. I help people identify obstacles, recognize the range of their options and clarify the core values, beliefs and desires that may potentially guide their choices. In doing so, I guide people along a PATH of Personal Agency, Transformation, and Healing. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Outside of my private practice, I am an attending psychiatrist at Mass General Brigham and provide education and supervision for trainees of the Brigham and Women's Hospital / Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Residency Program.
